Meet Eppie Wells
Eppie Wells is a qualified and experienced psychotherapist and counsellor based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
In 2014, Eppie experienced a Brainspotting experience so profound that she was inspired to become a therapist herself. She since qualified in pluralistic person-centred counselling and has extensive experience in providing focused trauma therapy.
Eppie unites the world of psychotherapy with practices such as Breathwork and
Brainspotting. She believes that Breathwork and Brainspotting sessions are at their
most transformative when they’re combined with the depth, care, and presence that
psychotherapy teaches.
Through rigorous training and intuitive wisdom, Eppie expertly creates nourishing, spiritual, and freeing environments in which people can safely reconnect with their true selves.


How We Work
We use two powerful, complementary modalities:
Breathwork – Using conscious connected breathing to release tension,
access insight, and restore balance.
Brainspotting – A gentle, highly effective technique that uses eye position to access
deep parts of the brain and resolve stored trauma, emotions, or blocks.
These practices can be offered together or separately in the context of a retreat
or a single session and are always tailored to meet you where you are.
