What is Breathwork?

How it Works

In a Breathwork class, a trained professional will show you how you can take control of your breath to enhance your mental wellbeing.

During your Breathwork session, your therapist will lead you through a
variety of breathing techniques. These can range from the still and silent
to something that’s much deeper and more energised. Many people find the classes to be both calming and cathartic.

We’ll create a space where you can safely explore the insights and
emotions that conscious breathing can reveal. In a 121 session, your
practitioner will stay present throughout, to help you process whatever arises while gently guiding you towards renewal. And in a group session, we’ll work to create transformative shared energy while still honouring your unique personal journey.
