Eppie’s journey into healing began with her own profound transformation through Brainspotting in 2014 – an experience so powerful it inspired her to become a therapist herself.
Since graduating with first-class honours in pluralistic person-centred counselling, she has woven together an extraordinary tapestry of skills: advanced Brainspotting training, conscious connected breathwork, and deep expertise in holding space for altered states of consciousness. As part of the BSP UK team and a specialist in trauma therapy, Eppie brings both rigorous training and intuitive wisdom to her practice.
What sets Eppie apart is her rare ability to create safety for profound exploration without trying to “fix” anyone. Grounded in Carl Rogers’ core therapeutic conditions and enriched by over twenty years in health and social care, she holds space with remarkable steadiness, softness, and humour. How We Work
We use two powerful, complementary modalities:
Breathwork – Using conscious connected breathing to release tension,
access insight, and restore balance.
Brainspotting – A gentle, highly effective technique that uses eye position to access
deep parts of the brain and resolve stored trauma, emotions, or blocks.
These practices can be offered together or separately in the context of a retreat
or a single session and are always tailored to meet you where you are.

before joining a retreat
