Psychedelic Integration Support
You may have found your way to this page from the Institute of Psychedelic Therapists (IPT) directory of approved psychedelic integration practitioners, or perhaps have arrived with a curiosity around this type of work either on a one-to-one basis or in groups. Or perhaps you have arrived following an experience of working with psychedelics that has not been fully integrated, whether this experience was beneficial or destabilizing.
Firstly, let me be upfront here, other than through the regulated clinical trials, the use of psychedelic substances is currently illegal in the UK and I do not offer any form of illegal psychedelic assisted work, either in person or in groups, nor will I signpost you to those who do.
You may be feeling curious about working with psychedelics, or already exploring this path in your own way. This is not about directing your choices or leading you toward a particular experience. Instead, it’s about supporting you to approach whatever you are considering with greater awareness, care, and self-trust.
What is Preparation & Integration Support?
Preparation and integration sessions are grounded in psychotherapy, offering you a space to explore your inner world before or after meaningful experiences.
Together, we might gently explore:
- what is drawing you toward this work
- any hopes, fears, or uncertainties you’re holding
- your emotional landscape and inner resources
- ways of staying grounded and connected to yourself
- what feels important or unresolved in your life right now
Rather than “getting you ready” for something, this is about deepening your relationship with yourself — so that any experience you have can be met with more presence and understanding.

The Evolving Landscape of Psychedelic Therapy
Psychedelic therapy exists within a complex and evolving landscape. In the 1950s and 60s, substances like LSD and psilocybin were being explored with curiosity and hope, but much of this came to an abrupt halt during the “War on Drugs” in the 1970s, when they became widely criminalised. In the UK, they remain illegal outside of tightly controlled research settings.
In recent years, there has been a re-emergence of interest, with research studies exploring how these substances might support healing when held in careful, therapeutic environments. In some parts of the world, this work is beginning to take shape legally, while in others it sits in more uncertain or undefined spaces.
For many people, this can feel like navigating something both promising and unclear. Some may choose to explore this territory in their own way. Where that is the case, having space for an open, thoughtful, and adult conversation - without judgement or assumption - can feel important. A space where you can reflect, feel into your choices, and be supported to stay connected to yourself within that complexity.

A Person-Centred Approach
My work is rooted in person-centred therapy, which means I won’t position myself as an expert on your experience.
I walk alongside you.
Whether through talking, gentle body awareness, or approaches like brainspotting or breathwork, we create a space where your process can unfold at its own pace, safely, respectfully, and without pressure.

Tekifa Psychedelic Preparation Retreat
10-13 September, Tall trees, Near Glastonbury
Spaces to come home to yourself - gently, honestly, and at your own pace.
Alongside one-to-one work, I offer small, carefully held group spaces through Tekifa Retreats.
These retreats are designed as immersive yet gentle containers for preparation and integration - a chance to step out of the noise of everyday life and into something slower, more spacious, and more connected.
There is no use or provision of substances within these retreats. Instead, the focus is on supporting the inner conditions that allow meaningful exploration to unfold.
Across our time together, you may be invited into:
- be informed about psychedelic experiences
- breathwork
- brainspotting
- movement that is exploratory rather than performative or pressured
- creative, unstructured expression
- rest, stillness, and time to simply be
These spaces are not about pushing, achieving, or “breaking through,” but about allowing.
Allowing what is present to emerge, be met, and gently unfold.
For many, the group setting brings a quiet kind of support - being alongside others, without expectation, being able to ask questions, and without needing to be anything other than you are.
